Isabella Morin, MS, RDN, LDN

Isabella Morin is a Registered Dietitian and holistic nutritionist in Nashville, Tennessee, passionate about helping others restore their health naturally through whole-food nutrition and faith-based healing.

Her journey into holistic wellness began in her early 20s when she personally experienced life-changing healing after years of struggling with chronic health issues that traditional medicine couldn’t fully resolve. By returning to the Lord's design for nourishment, Isabella discovered the body’s incredible ability to heal itself when given the right support. That transformation ignited a calling, which led her to devote her career to helping others experience the same type of whole body, mind, and spirit healing.

Isabella earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Georgia and completed her dietetic residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Her approach integrates scientific nutrition principles with biblical wisdom, focusing on the root cause of illness rather than just managing symptoms.

Outside of her practice, Isabella enjoys traveling with her family and friends, discovering new Nashville restaurants, and soaking up the sunshine outdoors.

What To Expect

Your First Visit

In your initial consultation, your practitioner is going to review your intake form with you and dig deep on how you’re currently feeling and the medical history provided. Your first muscle testing service will be conducted in this appointment. Based on your appointment, your practitioner will review a recommended program for you to get started on your journey to feeling your best.

Months 3, 6, and 12

In your first 3 months, you will see your practitioner on a 2-4 week basis for services to support nutritional deficiencies and detoxification. During this time you may be receiving nutrition coaching, muscle testing, or often both services simultaneously. In 6-12 months you should be feeling the positive impact on your health and wellness journey. You may be seeing your practitioner on a 4-8 week basis to continue to support your body’s bioindividual needs and to support the nutritional gaps in your diet.

After your first year

We are here to continue to support you holistically in your health and wellness journey at whatever frequency is best for your lifestyle and goals. We encourage seasonal check-ins at a 6-8 week cadence to support you through times of stress, illness, or life changes.
